Legislation

As experienced washroom service providers, we understand and comply fully with the legislation and the regulations that have been introduced to ensure that washroom servicing and the transfer of waste from washrooms complies with legally agreed standards. The legislation exists for a good purpose and we ensure that all of our Dyno washroom technicians are fully trained and familiar in all aspects of current controls and procedures.

Waste, including nappies, needles, and soiled sanitary dressings have to be disposed of in the correct manner and employers are legally obliged to ensure that all hazardous waste is disposed of in compliance with the correct duty of care procedures. The good news is that when you choose Dyno washroom services to maintain your washrooms and to dispose of your washroom waste, you can rest assured that you are meeting the many Environmental Protection Acts and health, safety and welfare regulations.

If you are unsure where you currently stand regarding environmental issues and the disposal of waste, don’t hesitate to contact us. It is a legal requirement to hold a Duty of Care certificate confirming that waste is being handled and disposed of in the correct manner. Unlike some of our competitors, we don't make a charge for these certificates.

If you want to find out more about health and safety regulations and the Environmental Protection Acts that govern waste regulations and duty of care, again, please feel free to contact us.
